Interesting article...If they're killin' salmon smolts they are probably killin' a lot of other fish! It looks like Stockton may have clean up a mess! Check it out...

I survey for the invasive plant I work on through that stretch of river and it can really burn your eyes and nose when you go through that area. I see kids swimming and people wakeboarding all through there. I get paid to get in that water and I don't even like doing it then! No big surprise to me. I was in Old and Middle Rivers a couple weeks ago and the whole place smelled like the little blue "Jonny Cakes" they put in porta-potties. Having the airboat blow that stench by your nose didn't help anything either!
