I actually managed to get out and fish a couple times this week. :D Floated from Gristmill to Watt. I managed one 7lb striper on the first trip. Hooked on a wool-head sculpin (thanks David Lee 8) ). Also saw a couple guys hook up some shad just down from the gravel bar. Well they must have spread the word, cause 2 days later I think I counted 8 boats out there :lol: . I floated down looking for stripe but no luck.
The water is low. If you float this stretch look out, cause there are lots of downed trees JUST below the surface.
