I was bored today so i tried out some of these cool smoke shots. All with d50 and vivitar 90mm 2.5

This one almost reminded me of the grim reaper.

That is some VERY cool stuff.
I can picture that type of work in a gallery.
A little info on how you shoot that would be cool.

Great Mitch,

I think you could make a good living with your photography.

Companies are dying for quality images for promotion and advertising.

Naturally you would look for the big boys with lots of advertising budget.

Wow thats cool stuff Bolden. Are you twirling a smoking stick or someting toget the effects? Really cool.

There was very little to it actually. all i used was an incense stick, and the smoke naturally twirled and did all that stuff.

They were shot stopped down a lot with my flash on full blast, and focused pretty close with my macro lens. Lots of pictures to find the right patterns.
