Thank you for your help yesterday, Bill. I was the UC Davis student who asked about the repair of Regal vises. You have a really nice shop and your employees are very helpful. I've read others' posts who say that they'll drive way out of their way to stop by your shop when they need something. I can now see why. Thanks again.

In a way he does get paid per word. Maybe not quite as much as he deserves monetarily, but I have a feeling it's about more than money for him.
