Delta 3-24-07

Fished the Delta again this morning for a few hours with a size 2 chartreuse/white Clouser on a floating line out of the inflatable kayak. Today, I decided to just relax and let the tide/current drift me around. Water visibility was pretty good -- at least a couple of feet. Didn't see much fish activity at all but I did manage to land a few when I got there on the incoming tide. Here's a couple of pics:

Once the tide mellowed out, I couldn't buy a bite. Ah well, it was a beautiful day and, although the fishing was a little slow, it was definitely good to get out again! :D
