Got back from a NICE, long boys week on the Trinity. Fishing was tough, but good for this time of the year. We didn't see many adults except for those that were spent and recovering.
Lots of nice 1/2er action and browns as well. Even had some luck with some dries.
We fished floating lines with wets and traditional patterns on the swing and each grab was well worth it.
Couple of shots for the Monday blues....I have been crying since we hit Redding from the 299.

Ueyama, no, I bought one of Keith's old rod/reels. I thought that might look a little funny after I posted it. Good, cheap advertising..
Slim, a Black Hackle Peacock is the name I know it as. More common might be, Grizzly Hackle Peacock with a red tag.
