If you're near Johnson's up in Yuba City we have a ton of closeout Double Tapers for $15.00 or less that are brand new in the boxes. Most are just shop worn boxes.

Well, I'll be in Yuba City this weekend suprisingly...but I won't be stopping anywhere. Would you be willing to ship out one of them for me? Thanks.

Hey jhacquett,.... I was in Johnson's today and found several double taper lines in a close-out bin. Couldn't say whether any were 4 weight or not, tho. Tony wasn't in today :? :?

I'd recommend calling the them tomorrow AM, when Tony's there. 8) 8)

Ok I will do that, I talked to the "fly fish man" as somebody called him. He looked through the closeouts a few times and found no DT4

check Sport Chalet for closeout 333 DT. I found one there recently. Is the old style packaging.

also, check Wal Mart (I know, I am evil). some, but not all, of them have the orvis green mountain lines, for 20-25. I got an out of package one for 5 bucks last weekend.

not trying to take business from local fly shops, I just have an intimate knowledge of "looking in the windows at all the nice stuff". I buy much of my tying stuff from Kiene's, because paying a little more for the less expensive stuff is the best I can do. And I am really glad Kiene's has their bargain bins as well.
