I had the laptop this weekend in Seattle and was using the PP program.
Every time I use PP it always makes the screen larger. All the Icons are 4 times the normal size and I have to connect to my Comcast dohicky to make a connection

So what's the problem beside the OPERATOR

Thanks

Jay

Not sure what PP is but it sounds like the program that you're running doesn't support the same graphhic setting that your laptop is running at. If you right click on the desk top, go to properties and then settings. From there you can set it back to normal.

I have no idea if that will help, but I thought i would try!

J.R.

PP is Power Point. I'll try the right click and see if that works.

Thanks

Hey Jay,
Powerpoint shouldn't be resizing your desktop. Haven't run into that one yet at least.
JR's suggestion sounds like a good one for getting back to normal.
Are you running PP 2003?
I'll look through their help a bit tomorrow at lunch if ya are.

I figure out my problem. When I do my power point presentations the resolutions change from what the laptop is set on and what goes through the projector. So it increases the size of the icons on the desktop. I went in and readjusted the resolutions size and it worked. Then I right clicked the wireless thigamajig in the lower right corner and figured out the wireless connection (comcast) and reset that.

Every thing is up and running, at least for now

Thanks

Jay
