I have an almost new Scott SAS 13' 8# Spey rod (w/ warranty card), along with a Lamson Velocity 4 Reel. Also included is an Airflo Delta Spey WF 8/9 line, and a Rio Windcutter 8/9/10, with 30' Windcutter Upgrade, and tips. Not much need for a spey rod here in Texas.
