Browsing through some photos from last year and realized the high water ones were taken on 1/31. What a difference a year makes. It seems is either feast or famine in California. I think most of the country believes we have nothing but beaches and boring mid-70 weather here day in and day out. But those of us that live here know different. Seems it's a state of weather extremes, almost from year to year.
