I came across some old issues of 'Salmon, Trout, and Steelhead' magazine and 'Fly Fishing the West'. Steelheading like it was in the "good ole days."
I have 31 issues of S/T/S:1969-2 issues, 1970-1 issue, 1971-1 issue, 1972-5 issues, 1973-3 isssues, 1974-5 issues, 1975-4 issues,1976-3 issues, 1977-3 issues, 1978-3 issues, 1979-1 issue. Thumbed through the issues and found stories by the following:Trey Comps, Bill McMillan, Russell Chatham, Randall Kaufmann, Steve Raymond, Brad Jackson, Don Roberts, Herb Burton and Larry Green...to name a few.
'Fly Fishing the West': 1979-3 issues, 1980-4 issues. Some of the writers:Hafele/Hughes, Russ Chatham, Val Atkinson, John Gierach, and Al Kyte.
38 issues in all. Asking $40.00.

Plan on re-reading McMillan's four part series on swinging for steelhead tonight.
